[7.911][FEATURE][FIXED] error for Country Blocking

Hello Friends !

i have added china as a block list in error log and in user browser i am getting  

"While trying to retrieve the URL:   Interop2010´ó»áÇ°Õ° ÔƼÆËãµÈ³É½¹µã-ÖйشåÔÚÏß
Error message:  Connection timed out "

is it possible to add message this site/page block due to country blocking 

as connection time out is mis-guiding message to user

    Thank you Bruce,

    What would be ideal would be to have the outbound GeoIP implemented through the Content Filter/AV subsystem.  This way if outbound connections were GeoIP blocked, the users would get an immediate message of the site being blocked rather than a time-out as is the case now.  I realize that maintaining two separate systems (packet filter for inbound and content/av for outbound) is a lot of work and don't expect it to happen (Maybe Version 9)

    In any case, the Astaro is a great system.
