[7.911][NOTABUG][CLOSED] Install error - Hardware

i tried to install this version on a system for which version 7 works fine and it can't seem to get past the hardware setup. The log is included. Can you please help ?

I suspect you have taken the hardware version and not the software version.
This is the file you should be using

ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ASG/v8/beta/asg-7.911-5.1.iso

Yes, it looks like you tried to install the SSI version, which is meant for our own Hardware-Appliances. If you have your own hardware, please use the ASG ISO.

Note to myself: we should improve the description in the release announcement to make that more obvious.
