[7.911][NOTABUG][CLOSED] IPS Problem

Hi all,

Just uploaded the new version 7.911.
Made sure i isntalled the new license as i am using the WAF function.
After i installed the new license and the IPS is active could not logon to the internet.
Then i disabled the IPS internet working again.

Did you configure anything else in the IPS section of the webadmin or did you run the full default (all patterns enabled and action set to 'drop')?

Hi there,

Yes i enable ips with default settings wich is all enabled and set to drop.

Can you then try again, but this time only select a few of them (only the ones you really need)? If you enable them one by one, we have a chance to find out which pattern causes the problem.

Ok,

Even when i remove all of the functions still does not work.
So disabled the IPS and all working again.

Just reaching here... but are you giving it enough time to initialize? The IPS can take a couple of minutes to come online.

I tried it again.
And indeed it takes a long time to initiate.
It is now working for about 12 hours without any issue.

When you open the live log you can follow it all.
It is given a couple off errors.

But now when i open live log there is nothing to display.
