Hello Friends !

has any one tested astaro webadmin remotely with windows 7 ultimate,64 bit 
i am getting Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage /diagnose problem 
but when i connect with remote acess vpn it works fine 
i am able to acess user portal

    Generally, IE8 and Win7 aren't a problem. We have tested it here for quite some time now. It might be necessary for you to check the security settings of the Internet-Explorer (security zones). Maybe the IE is configured to not allow the kind of self-signed certificates that the ASG uses.
