[7.910][NOTABUG][CLOSED] download times out with web sec active

Hi, guys !

With web security enabled a download timeouts.
Tried it with FireFox and Konqueror.
Clicking the ISO or opening a new tab/window with download adress
of ISO should normally show downloadwindow from ASG saying
step 1 downloading, step 2 scanning and so on and at least
an icon appeared as link for the downloaded item on ASG.
At the moment blank window appears.
You can see ASG downloading the required file with tcpdump on console
and data disk on ASG filling up.
But download window doesn't appear and so browser says after few minutes time out ...
Without web security (virus scanning) or when downloading a file which is bigger than max size  for virus scanning, all goes well.

RAM size is 1536mb (56%used),
max scan size in web security is 800mb,
data disk is used 10% of 4.2gb

    Which version of Firefox are you using? Do you use any Popup-, Ad- or Javascript- blocking settings or plugins that might get in the way?

    No blocker or something like that, none at all.
    Do not need this cause here is a very fine firewall running [;)]
    It occurs even in konqueror and it was earlier in 7.903, (->closed thread)
    but I didn't investigate for it exactly - 7.904 came fast
    and there it worked again ...

    Posting from krb gave me an idea:
    Removed all hooks from URL filtering, saved,
    tested: one download perfect -
    reinserted hooks, saved, tried to download some isos,
    Downloader.js came up, 3 of 6 tries downed perfectly,
    one timed out, two downloader.js hung - one during download and one at start of download see picture - just froze.
    Seems to be a feature from httpproxy(?) to me. [:S][:S]
    The only thing I found is in httplog are much entries like that
