[7.910][BUG][FIXED] WAF - home user can create profiles

WAF licensing is currently not active. This is hardcoded in this beta version, so your guess is completely wrong.

The error you stepped into is that the error messages are still missing from the WAF GUI. You most probably have made some configuration error, and the error message doesn't show up in the WebAdmin. Please take a look at the confd log, there will be lines like
