IPS not loading on version 7.901

After upgrading to the latest version , enabled ..
But still there is an issue with ssl system
The following error message appear in the ips log.

FATAL ERROR: SSLPP_init(): The Stream preprocessor must be enabled.

Yes i have seen the IPS issue reports.On the new version IPS is running again normally but during enabling IPS i saw this error message , not sure where it is coming from and if it is already activly in use by the system. i just wanted to report that the message appears during startup of IPS.
