When HTTP/S proxy is enable Google Apps Mail (Gmail) and Chat fail, we have configured the exception but it does not allow Gmail and Gmail chat to pass. Does any one have a proxy configuration to make this work?
Do you have IPv6 enabled? Do you have SSL-Scanning enabled? Do you have enabled anything in the URL Filtering section? What does the proxy logfile say? Do the packets get dropped, can you see this in the packetfilter logfile?
