please tell me which report is correct 
dont u think in flash and non-flash based reporting there should be same number ,there is big difference in each others (flash and non-flash ) reporting number wise

    both are completely correct.

    no. the flash base reporting has been introduced because of the statistical effects (like the averages you mentioned) that the old (RRD) graphs are suffering from.
