there is some block of blank line ,mean there is no usage report for that time

Hi utm_kid,
I would suggest you give it some more memory. Reporting being a low priority task will not run if the ASG is overloaded as yours appears to be.

Hi Ian ,

Asg has 1.1 gb memory assing and if u see even system is idle that time also it not able to get report like night 2 to 4

Hi utm_kid,
in a windows environment those graphs would indicate the PC does not have enough real memory. Another 500mb wouldn't go astray.

I would suggest you run top and see what is using all the memory.
