[7.904][BUG][FIXED] user portal with w2k8

in windows server 2008 
1st i thought this is only issue with windows server 2008  but when i check with ie and firefox on windows xp sp3 i found that ie 8 has problem 
last  title text is missing in ie in all field (smtp,pop)

if u dont specify (?????) or delete pop3 servers from mail security>>pop3>>POP3 servers and prefetch settings u dont get smtp and pop3 menu (titles) in user portal
