Hello Friends !

edit : notifcation mail deliver to wrong account or smart host issue ...it send mail to gmail but report say send to office address
i am using email  encryption
when i send normal e-mail i am getting that 
i am neonatal in e-mail
 


i was trying to setup a mail security ,on windows xp 

In Management>>notification i have gmail account but i can see in user portal 
mails  (smtp log)are send to my office account

or smart host unable to get mails ?
please  please correct me --thanks in advance 

can i use gmail as a smart host ?
smarthost is office mail but i dont get mail there

    Hi utm_kid,

    if I understand you correctly, you want the ASG to deliver all mail to a mail gateway you just have setup using Windows XP. Is that correct?

    The smarthost setting can be enabled and configured in Mail Security -> SMTP -> Advanced at the bottom of the page.

    Edit: The Executive Report(s) will be sent to the address(es) configured in Reporting -> Executive Report -> Configuration.

    Hi mlenk ,

    I am sorry ,i could not put it properly 

    i am trying to explain it again 

    notification has address of gmail but when i check user portal SMTP log it show the address of office mail server (hosted mail ip )
    i am using smart host also (i am trying to understand mail system i have been told that smart host keep copy and save them and fordward and scan spam ---- is that correct)
    i am able to send mail directly using smtp, i am exploring mail security 
    with encryption  and other feature 


    Management>>notification>Notification recipients>> has gmail 
    mail security>>smtp>advanced  >>Smarthost settings has office mail server 


    do i suppose to get mail in office mail server and from there it will come to my outlook ?
    or that mail will goto gmail 
    currently it is going to gmail 

    again i am sorry i could not draft it properly ,still u dont understand i will try to put it better way 
    there are 2 mail block i can see in webadmin but in user portal smtp Quarantine there are no mails  ,,i add exe file as a attachment

    time are GTM .not local ..in user portal report
