i think this is extension to MantisID: 12529

this i reported in closed beta 

if i just click on clone it able to clone the nat or pf rule 
but same thing u try with definition (service or network )it give error

ehm... no.

You should use the "Comment" field to describe the different PF/NAT rules. If you clone them, it is your responsibility to keep track of them. We don't put any restrictions on that, because we don't want to limit you in any way.
And duplicate PF/NAT rules don't do any harm, since they are optimized away anyway.

because in this case it makes sense to have only one object for describing a host/service.


Try thinking this way: if you create objects that are used somewhere else (like a host that can be part of web-, mail-, and network-security), they should be unique. 
If you create some thing that uses these objects, and that is not used anywhere else (like PF/NAT rules), it doesn't matter.
