[7.903][FEATURE][CLOSED] Possibility to add IP-address ranges lists

Hi,

it would be nice if you could add IP address ranges lists in some sections. It would be possible to limit access to Webadmin, User Portal or shell for certain countries. This is a good source for those lists: IP Range: IP Country, IP Ranges - IP Address Country

Hi,
interestingly, the current up2date process attempts to install the GEoIP update and fails.
