when u click on that tab it goes to
https://www.astaro.com/license/open_support_case and it gives error
Access denied
You don't have permission to access this area.
Possible reasons for this are:

* You misspelled some parts of your URL, try changing it.
dont u think that link should be http://myastaro.com or http://my.astaro.com/ (as mention in that page only )

this site is beta still i think its good site (gmail was beta for years[:D] )
