[7.903][BUG][OPEN] german manual

Hello Friends !

when i try to download German lang manual from Support >>manual it give me 

Please enable JavaScript! 
You have forgotten to enable JavaScript in your Browser! 
error but English   lang manaul works fine 

my browse is set to english but even ,it should not give java error 
any friend from german layout can u please check this 

is it really java script problem ?

    please don't post bugs that are already on the known issues list (KIL):

    '[ 11884 ] - Online help isn't updated to V8 yet'

    For every beta up2date, I recommend looking at this list first before filing an issue.

    i am not reporting for online help !

    i am reporting for pdf manual ,German Lang pdf fail to open with javascript ,it not able to open at all

    i think you misunderstood trollvottel. He probably replied to ElAdMi's post related to the missing WAF section.

    On the other hand: i'm pretty sure that we already mentioned somewhere that the manual is done at the same time and together with the online help. The error you are reporting is due to the fact that the german manual is still missing, which for us is the same issue as #11884.
