[7.903][BUG][CLOSED] HTTP conf reload every 3-4 minutes

Hi,
yes this is very similar to another thread I have running, but I thought it needed to be highlighted.

At the http proxy conf reloads every 3-4 minutes.

what needs to be changed to make it wait a bit longer between reloads?

Drops downloads..

Hi kbr,
comes and goes.

I reviewed today's log and found there are times when confd reloads every couple of minutes, there are only 2 actions, not like last time. Then there are other periods of use where the confd might load approx 1 an hour.

At the moment I investigating DNS and the changes scheduled for the 5th of May so my logs are full of junk.
