[7.903][BUG][CLOSED] HTTP conf reload every 3-4 minutes

Take a look at Definitions>>Networks, there's a dropdown box that allows you to filter by object type. Within this box you can select (amongst othres) "DNS Host" and "DNS Group".
These are the things that make the dns-resolver cause trouble.
To stop using them, i would create a host object with the same ip as the DNS object, and use it instead of the DNS object. Then remove the DNS object.

I have 22 of them, a lot of them I created so that they would appear in the reports using the reverse proxy functions for my local devices.

Not sure, but might suffer until 7.904 later in the week.

We already have an idea where this bug comes from. If Daniel is right, we might be able to send you an RPM to ease your pain on monday (but please keep in mind the different timezones we're in :-)).

different timezones, yes, that is why I have to wait until Thursday to get Wednesday's up2date releases. It is worse when you deal with the US, they are in yesterday. LOL
