From my point, this is purely a timing issue. Webadmin polls periodically to get the current install status. If the install finishes fast enough (very fast hardware), or the polling takes too long (slow network), it won't be able to update the display in webadmin with the final steps completed. When I run the install locally, it usually displays all the steps. Occasionally on a virtual machine, or if I run the update on my home ASG from the office, the progress might not get to the end, before the unit reboots. This is the same in 7.5.
