[7.903][NOTABUG][CLOSED] update progress

last time also i notice this problem,
when system is rebooted still update windows say some componets are getting installed/sync

pls check image

...had some similar (the last step don't change to green).

I assume the reboot command is faster as the refresh of the up2date status ;-)
