[7.902][BUG][NOT A BUG] HTTP proxy rejects connections during up2date

it looks like it happens around xx:03 every hour on my system (7.902)

billybob, you are correct.

As far as I can tell the problem only started with that pattern update. I will watch and listen during the day. I have audio streaming going most of the time because it is very good at highlighting breaks in the http proxy.
