[7.901][DUPE][CLOSED] special characters in Mail Manager seems not to work

Special characters in the Mail Manager as a Subject as "Söhne Keramik Obstmesser & Schäler" shows up as "SÃ¶hne Keramik Obstmesser & SchÃ¤ler"

EDIT: Damn ! This issue is already listed in the KIL. Wanted to delete post, but Beta Bot was faster...
