[7.900][BUG][FIXED] System utilisation at 100% (second post)

Is it the HTTP proxy causing the high load? Then i have the same issue almost every day at the moment.

And another 100% utilisation issue circa 23.00 BST and again at 23.16.  Service_monitor using both CPU's (198%).
Looks like (in the cases today/tonight) it could be triggered by a circuit failure as I could get utilisation to drop back to normal by taking the faulty circuit offline via Network/Interfaces/Interfaces, then bringing it back online.

Can you please take a look at the log files at that time and maybe post them here? I bet there's something logged that might give us a hint.

I don't need the whole logs, just the part around the time where the problem appeared. It would be great if you could package selfmon.log, confd[-debug].log and mdw[-debug].log.

Next time this issue is happen, could you see where the service_monitor is looping with:
  "ps ax -o cmd,wchan|grep service"

And afterwards kill the service monitor with
 "killall -s SEGV service_monitor"
and send me the core dump in /var/storage/cores

Looks like it's just triggered again, screen shots attached including grab of command line output.

I've left as-is (not rebooted or executed the killall so it's still running at 100%) so if there are any other commands you'd like me to run happy to do that, alternatively if you would like to login and check for yourself, happy to create an account and grant access to an Astaro engineer - will need your IP address first [:)]

Update - the timeline for the 100% utilisation coincides when one of the failed internet circuits came back online via multipath.

Problem is within SSL encryption of HTTPS monitoring within service_monitor on SMP systems.

However I'm unable to reproduce this bug on my own SMP system.
Can you please upgrade the service_monitor and check if this issue is still happening?
