When going into Reporting/Web Security/Web Usage and clicking on either the PDF or XLS icon, popup box appears with "Please be patient, while the report is generated." however report is never generated.
Same for Reporting/Mail Security / Mail Usage and Reporting / Remote Access / Session - reports do not generate.
Executive report is generated OK.
Pie icon works for on-screen report.
Safari & Firefox browsers latest vers, Apple OS X 10.6.2
Update 12:14pm - Fired up a WinXP image and used IE 8, same issue.
