[7.900][BUG][FIXED] Multipath failover - recovery time

Hi,

I've noticed that if a circuit fails under the Uplink balancing/multipath option, Astaro will continue to try to recover the circuit for 30-45 mins, however if a longer failure occurs Astaro stops trying to recover and leaves the circuit state down.  Can this be changed as long outages unfortunately can and do occur.

    The state/link seems to be in a locked down/down state - even though the interface is showing green so that internet connection is now unavailable for use.

    I've enabled ssh again - same credentials as before.  Perhaps someone can fix the SMTP issue at the same time [;)]

    Update:  09:02 - Rebooted server and 2nd internet connection is now back online.
