or is it broken in the up2date package?

I am trying to determine if it worth applying the up2date or do a fresh install from the ISO?

I'm not sure. The proxy works on my (fresh installed from the .ISO) test machine, and since the guys affected all have had a 7.982 installed... well i looks like it must have something to do with the up2date package.
