[7.900][BUG][NOTABUG] Http Proxy Broken

The http proxy seems to be broken. Using standard proxy I get the error in screenshot. Putting the proxy in transparent mode doesn't work either. Broken AV scanner.
Error in proxy logs:

    We could also tell the forum fairy to tell the developers to keep a 2nd backup on the ASG and automatically do a rollback in case there are problems with the antivirus modules being properly initialized. But, as kbr said, probably best to do this in another thread [;)]
    BTW: kbr, aren't you supposed to not work this weekend *g* ?
