[7.900][BUG][NOTABUG] Http Proxy Broken

The http proxy seems to be broken. Using standard proxy I get the error in screenshot. Putting the proxy in transparent mode doesn't work either. Broken AV scanner.
Error in proxy logs:

    I'm not sure: can I create support tickets as a home user?

    At work I generally prefer security products that have a rollback ability for antivirus signatures. That's not only useful in case of failed updates but extremely useful when there is a serious false positive. Perhaps I should create a feature request, couldn't find anything in the feature portal [:)]

    Hi folks,
    I had been running the v7.892b version. I installed the up2date package to bring the version up to v7.900b and the anti virus failed as posted by billybob. Stopping and restarting the virus scanner did not fix the problem restarting the ASG also did not fix the problem.

    So now I am running on a fresh install from the v7.900b ISO and that installs and runs without an issue as far as the http proxy issue.
