i think this is the same as this issue. Did you enable any ha/cluster features? I bet you did... please don't user the cluster stuff until 7.900.

since you asked me directly, i'll be straight: No, don't join the public beta (but please read on).

I will explain why i'd suggest you take a step back for a while:

• The next version (7.900) won't bring anything real new for you. Compared to 7.892 it's mostly bugfixes. It might be a little boring for you.
  
• The newcomers will see the V8 the first time. They might get confused if you post things related to 7.850 or earlier. Give them the chance to catch up with what you know.
  
• You've already helped us a lot, and we're really grateful for that. Now it's time for a break. Let the others do some work.
  
• The next 3-4 weeks will be a lot of extra work for all the developers at Astaro. And obviously it takes more communication effort to work through your bug reports (as opposed to eg. the reports that i get from my coworkers), so i would be glad if you just don't put an even larger load on my work queue.
  

As you can see, nothing of this is personally. I have to emphasize that i'm really impressed by all the small things you've found that are normally missed. Your attention for small details is impressive. And we all have seen the additional effort you've put in your latest postings (thanks for that, too!!!).

My advice is: don't join the public beta now. Wait 3-4 weeks before you put real effort into it again. Try to use this time to learn a little more and get a deeper understanding of some of the topics. Learning this stuff takes time, so you should take your time to learn. Follow the public beta as a reader. Install the latest release and see if it works for you. If you have a problem or question, just post it. But try to stay reasonable: no more than 2-3 threads a week. 

I hope this sounds reasonable to you.

That said: you're always welcome, just don't overdo it.

if i will not try to find bug i will not able to learn ,when i try to explore a bug that time i learn also ,if u see my 98 % post they are all from beta post where i found my self i am learning something before beta 8 begin i don't know many stuff (i was big zero in remote access,site to site vpn ,mail security,HA/cluster  and some other stuff )but in beta 8 i was able to learn many things ,as i write in some other post i will like to detect "true technical bugs" as in last beta i was not able to do that it was mostly common and cosmetic bug i was able to find but i ""think"" now i am able to understand some more deep technical things still i have to long way to go to become a "Astaro certified engineer" after that i will start sales and support part i "think "i write u in pm that with 1st 220 asg installation after that i am scared but now i "think " i know better astaro/asg then that installation time  
so i will take u r words and will not create more thread ,will try to keep less tread and see how others are doing 

Yes, i will continued to be in learning process ,now u will say why not will version 7 ..my answer to that is why not with version 8 as i am learning ,why not learn new thing which come with 8 this month i have hired 1 more system so total hired system are 3+plus my own system ,next month i am planning to purchase (if my bank balance allow) Netgear gs108t managed switch and understand more stuff with VLAN and vmware esxi

Astaro certified engineer now or never and i will "GO" with ""now"" only 
in last 3 month i had many health related problem but that is not change my "ACE" TARGET

i will try my level best to keep less thread but that all depend on "others performance"

i also found that when i wirte a thread as a "question" u had answered it but some of them i found as "bug" and some of them are fix too 

about join after 3-4  and keeping thread 2-3 per week ...i did the same thing if u notice in last 1 month i hardly posted 10-15 thread but i spend same time to learn asg with new things (esxi )

Well... knowing the V7 doesn't hurt. I think you will also have customers with existing V7 machines. If you can convince them to upgrade immediately, fine. And if you ask me: the difference between V7 and V8 isn't that huge. As far as i can see, everyone here in the closed forum was able to live for three months without documentation. So basically, i don't care if you go for V7 or V8. That's a decision you have to make for yourself. We all here are very pleased to see that you want to become an ACE, but it's your decision which version you choose.
One thing though: i don't know if we already have an exam for V8, and i don't know when it will be available. It might take some months until we're able to offer this certification in your area.

That sounds like a good, reasonable idea. And if you spend the remaining time learning and getting a deeper knowledge of the whole network-related stuff, i'm sure you will reach you goals.
