As you might have or have not noticed, Astaro introduced a new licensing
model in February. The details about the changes do not matter here
(there is a FAQ available in MyAstaro I think). For V7 this doesn't
affect existing customers, old licenses continue to work. For V8 however
only new licenses will be accepted. This change will be done in Beta Release 7.892.
For this reason attached to this post you can find Beta licenses which are
valid for the (planned) remaining duration of the V8 Beta and should enable
all features of ASG.
For Software installations use the text file, for Astaro Hardware installations
use the matching one from the .zip.
In the near future user of a Home Use license should be able to convert their
existing license to the new licensing model in MyAstaro, but that is not yet
available.
