i have static ip 

can some one please help me to setup a dhcp server 

what ip range and dhcp i suppose to enter

    can u please check images and correct me and give more dtls what i am missing as i am not able get ipv6 on client (ipv6 installed on win xp sp3 )

    I can't help you to understand, i can't help you remotely and i already told you where you were wrong.
