[7.880][DUPLICATE][CLOSED] ssl and download

Hello Friends !

when i am trying to download most of the file from intel site it give error file not found but same file i am able to download after disconnecting from ssl vpn

i have download the same file with direct internet connection and i was able to download that its around 10 mb file
