I used to get the occasional socks proxy restarting error message, usually with a failed internet connection.
Since this morning I am now receiving the messages anything from 1 hr to 10 minutes apart and the internet connection is not failing according to the logs or the ISP.
I did note during some testing this morning that the modem was showing in the outgoing connection as dropping and quickly restoring. Not long enough to fail the pppoe connection.
