as you could have seen from the 'known issues' list, vpn accounting is not working properly in the current version.

if user was not able to logout due to x reason and he want to login again ,how he can login again ,is asg will disconnect that user after some interval ? or is there any policy/setting to disconnect user if no data is transfer in some /configured time

There's a keepalive directive that causes ping-like messages to be sent back and forth over
 the link so that each side knows when the other side has gone down. This is not directly accessible via webadmin.
