A number of years ago I worked for a big Telco on a multi million $ software development project. At the time the Telsco had hired a new CIO with a lot of hot shot staff who had all these great tools that were going to improve the code cutter team performance. So they ran their magic tool and went away with their collective tails between their legs because according to them one guy was working 28 hour days every day 7 days a week. Sometime later over a qualifications issue the CIO left and now works for a small company in Thailand when last heard of.
