[7.875][BUG][OPEN] Snort or IPv6 to 4

Hi,
after having disabled 6to4 and seeing the socks proxy restart messages stop, I thought I would restart it just to prove that is the cause.

You can have a 6to4 working under 7.875 and it still works under 7.880. If you disable 6to4 in 7.880 you can't re-enable it. The rules have changed so you need a public IP on the interface for 6to4 to work.
