i am getting to many events in kernel log

2010:02:19-21:27:15 acenn kernel: CPU0: Temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled (total events = 1024350)

2010:02:19-21:29:12 acenn kernel: Machine check events logged

i have order a very special CPU FAN (build to order and intel is working on design now ) from intel to run asg only ,because i am facing this problem only with asg as told previously many time that i am using this system more then two year with windows xp to server 2008 never had a problem

edit when cpu fan is off system stop immediate i am using intel cpu and intel board dg33bf
