i am able to chear log but i am not able to get backup (.zip )
logging>>view log file >>select some /all log and click download as a .zip it was not able to give me any output

update:today (8-2-10)i am able to take backup
update2:check again remotely it didnot work (pls send me pm (if u want to ) i will tell u from log u can find it best way )/tmp/confd-debug.log
