[7.866][DUPE][CLOSE] ips modification

i make change in Manual rule modification and say apply it say's "Performance tuning settings saved successfully" where as i am not make any chages in that field

Something like this happens on other tabs too. Since we're already tracking this issue, i'll close this thread as DUPE.
