no you missunderstand the concept for this skiplist. it's for host that you want to exclude from being connected through the proxy. 

To exclude google.com from the logs you need to create an exception under 
 web security>>http/s>>exceptions

my question was if i add google in skip list then proxy will not scan google, it so when there is no scan then how http/s log show google.com is/was my question  so i was wrong ?

when google.com is skipped, then google com will no longer be logged in the httpproxys logfile.

if that answers your question, i would like to close this thread
