why would be European Union icon in Total dropped packets list (ipv6)
there should be some countries list as usa and japan are (in image)

pls check image
and it doesn't not show any name when with move mouse over

given the fact that it is udp/53 (dns client traffic), i would suspect that it is related to the DNS root servers. Unless you have configured a dedicated forwarder, you get one or more of those. they are listed at Root Server Technical Operations Assn
