I know Opera is not a supported browser for WebAdmin, but I just noticed something when I logged in using it to test whether the other thread's graph error is present there, too.
So, every time when I log in, I enter my username, press TAB and enter my password. Immediately when typing the first letter of the password, WebAdmin claims the caps lock key was active (regardless whether it's really or not):
