I have seen a similar thread in the current version production forums.
Access to MSN etc worked under 7.5xx.
Possibly even worked under 7.850, but definitely doesn't work under 7.851 and 7.860.
To allow MSN to work I had to disable the https scanning which I re-enabled after installing 7.860. To keep it further happy I enabled firewall is ping visible.
Also the socks proxy fails to pickup the test packets, using socks4.
