acrobat 9 and norton internet security 2010 unable to update

acrobat give timeout error and norton doesnt give any error without error or without doing real update it say update

can you please provide the log lines from the failed update? (Please don't post the complete logfile)

maybe we need to update the exception for Adobe in our exception list, they have publicly announced to change their update strategy (Adobe Reader: Update arbeitet bald im Hintergrund - Golem.de).
