[7.860][BUG][OPEN] System notifications are tagged as spam

Hello,

until today (i'm using 7.860 for a couple of days) i received the system notifications without any problems. Today 2 notifications were tagged as spam and were moved to quarantine.
This did not happen in earlier versions 7.8x beta.

I can setup an exception of course, but I would prefer if the systems whitelists itself.
