[7.860][BUG][FIXED] Licensing info in Webadmin remains at 0 used IPs

Hi,

it seems the IP counter does not work at the moment.

I have been too lazy to apply the license and have been using it under the 30 day trial since we get the new ISO during that time anyways. I know it doesn't show IP count if you are using trial or unlimited license.

I installed my normal 100 IP license just by restoring a configuration file including it [;)]
