[7.860][BUG][FIXED] strat upload

Hello Friends !

in many Start Upload button even if i dont select file just click on start upload it copy " UNKNOWN " field to but i think it should not allow to do ,that give some message

"Please select a file to upload, then click the Start Upload button"

i check randomly 2/3 ,but i think on all start upload it give same message
