[7.851][BUG][OPEN] PF/NAT rules don't work when imported as backup

So the import of the old backup works, and the rules show up in the webadmin? Can you please tell me more about those rules, are we talking about PacketFilter- or NAT-Rules?

I face main problem(S) with NAT ,

when i reinstall a FRESH system and use new NAT rule it works fine 

but when i apply backuped configuration to new (fresh installed ) system system i cant use nat define rules /as they suppose to work 

i am using 64 bit asg 

using my public ip with wan (adsl router in bridge mode ) (bridge mode ? --not astaro bridge mode (networking bridge )) normally i use adsl router in nat/static mode and i use static ip to wan interfrace (192.168.1.x adsl is 192.168.1.1)

if u want to pls send me pm we will fix it remotely if u dont have any problem

Hi utm_kid,
there has to be something strange in the way you are doing you backups and restores.

I have restored 7.5xx to a 7.850 build, a 7.850 to a 7.851 build and a 7.851 to a 7.860 build without a problem.

Are you using encryption when saving to the external folder?

How are you saving your backups to the external device?

What is the external device you are saving your backups to?

2. a screenshot from the Network Security >> NAT page from the WebAdmin after you restored the the backup on a 7.8xx

can i use backup of 7.8xx and test or its not supported ?
