do u see some problem in mac and ip ,they are OK ?
other public and local ip are different but mac are same

From the screenshot i would guess that you are running with two default gateways, which is a bad idea anyway. For what i can see the MAC address in question is that of your gateway, which is what i expect since the traffic is routed through it.

which two gateway ? 192.168.2.100 is asg box 192.168.1.1 is adsl ip that is used for wan gw wan ip is 192.168.1.125
