[7.851][DUPE][RESOLVED] syslog using old config

Hello Friends !

i am facing this problem https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/102/t/68883

only when after installing 7.851 and upgrade backup from 7.850 but when i use fresh install i am not getting that error

    Seems like you made the same mistake twice ;-)

    Most probably the backup contains a configuration for a non-tcp-capable syslog host, but it's also possible that you mistyped the IP-address for that host.

    i use only 1 ip for asg box 192.168.2.100 always !

    I guess you enabled Logging>>Settings>>"Remote Syslog Server". You don't need to do this unless you want to replicate your logs to another host. But if you want to do this, the host you configure there has to be reachable and has to have a syslog daemon up and running and configured to accept syslog tcp requests over the network from your ASG.

    yes that is right i am using  Logging>>Settings>>"Remote Syslog Server
    when i upload old backup i am STILL facing this problem 

    BUT when i do a fresh install and dont apply old backup i am still getting that problem 
    i setup this server even the other server was off it didnt give me any error and its working fine 

    please correct me if i am wrong 

    i am using asg 64 bit 2 gb ram intel d945 gclf board with 3com 905 card 
    still i have dout about NAT ,its not working as expect can some one help with remote login
